Can I get a refund?

Each event organizer sets their own refund policy. We recommend checking your event's website in order to see if they have a refund policy listed. You can also contact the event organizer by following these directions.
Please note: refunds are unable to be processed by EventSprout staff without the permission of the event organizer.
